Founded in 2012, Coverall Realty Group (CRG) began its journey as a dedicated property management company with a singular mission: to assist investors in managing their portfolios efficiently and effectively. Over the years, CRG has grown to oversee more than 250 properties, ensuring that each one is maintained to the highest standards.
Our story doesn’t end there. Recognizing the evolving needs of our investors, we branched out to offer a broader range of services. Today, CRG specializes in identifying distressed properties, managing the rehabilitation process, and listing these properties for sale. For those investors who choose to hold onto their properties, we provide comprehensive portfolio management services.

Our Story

Our real estate journey began back when Darrick and Stephanie were both working in corporate jobs. After years in the corporate world, we decided we wanted to spend more time with our kids and create something they could be a part of. So, in 2001, we started investing in real estate.
By 2005, we both became licensed real estate agents and began managing our own portfolio of 26 homes. Using what is now known as the BRRRR method (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat), we successfully flipped homes and expanded our investments.

Today, we extend our experience and knowledge to our developed network of investors. We assist them in finding great deals to flip, implement the BRRRR method, or hold as long-term investments. We are now teamed up with our kids, making this a true family business. It's been a happy journey, and we love home shopping for our investors and helping them make money.

In addition to our real estate investments, we have extensive experience in various aspects of the industry. We have provided residential, commercial, and hard money loans, and we were licensed to do appraisals from 2006 to 2010, allowing us to accurately value properties. We also coach wholesalers and mentor new aspiring investors and real estate professionals.
